1. Where does the Laundry Genie collect and deliver my laundry? |
|
For your initial service, you should package your laundry in either trash bags or laundry bags. If you wish to continue service, regular customers are issued Laundry Genie laundry bags. These are strong, solid-color, nylon laundry bags with draw strings. The solid color conceals the contents for privacy. Customers may request as many bags as they need. There’s a $10 deposit for each bag. |

Your laundry is returned washed and folded in Laundry Genie laundry bags. Again, the bags are strong, solid-color, nylon laundry bags with draw strings.
